We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. Below you will find our detailed terms, so that you can be informed about many of the questions that may arise during or after shopping.
At this moment, we can only ship our retail items in the United States. For wholesale inquiries, please send us an email, so that we can quote your customized shipping & handling charges.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your order. We ship using USPS, and shipping can take up to 5 business days from date of shipment, but often arrives sooner. Sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within California. Shipping within the contiguous U.S. is free on orders of $100 or more. An additional charge of $10 will apply for items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. If for any reason, we are out of stock on an item you have selected, you will be notified via email and the item will be taken off of your order.

Orders $50-75 - $6.99 shipping
Orders $75-100 - $8.99 shipping
Orders over $100 - FREE shipping
We offer in-store pickup at our showroom. When checking out online, please type PICKUP in the Comments box and let us know when you need your order ready. We will email you as soon as your order is ready. Any shipping charges incurred for credit card authorization will be refunded before card is ultimately charged. Please bring a printed copy of the confirmation of your order and a valid form of identification, a driver’s license will do.
Please note: Gift wrap is complimentary for in-store pickup. Just let us know what you'd like wrapped in the Comments box at checkout.
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return the unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged goods within 15 days with proof of purchase. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In all other cases, return shipment cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
